Shipping To keep the cost of our products down, a standard 1.99p will be charged. However, for order's over £20.00 we offer free first class delivery! If you would like your jewellery sent signed for delivery, there is a flat charge of £2.99. We also ship to Europe, 1st class, for £2.80. 
Exchanges/ Refunds We quality check our products every time they are shipped. If for any reason there is a problem, please let us know and we will exchange the item or give you a refund once received back*. We use these items in future marketing material but do not re-sell. *Clearance items are not eligible for an exchange or refund.
