How to put in Huggie Hoop Earrings?

Despite their delicate size, hinged huggie hoops couldn’t be easier to put in if you follow these steps:

Carefully release the huggie hoop earring into two sections by gently pulling on one side.
Gently guide the bar right the way through your ear lobe.
Once threaded the whole way through your lobe, secure into place by pushing the earring back up towards the pin. Make sure it’s snapped back firmly into place or apply a little bit of gentle pressure until you hear a click.

Top tip: You may find using a magnified make-up mirror useful when putting in very small huggie hoops.

If your huggie hoops do not feature a hinge mechanism then you simply need to release the movable pin by applying some gentle pressure, thread it through your lobe and then secure back into either the latch mechanism or the hollow tube of the hoop depending on the style.
