We are a small team, so if you could please read the helpful guides below before contacting us, it will really help speed up our resolution time.
We are a small family run business, and we pack all orders in house, by hand, so please allow 7 days before contacting us.
We work really hard to get the orders out quickly and aim to get orders to Royal Mail in 2-3 business days, but around busy times and sale periods this can take longer and also we cannot control how long the delivery company take.
Please note, we do not send orders using a tracked service as this would mean pushing delivery cost up, so we cannot "track" your order, however we receive confirmation once it is delivered and can check the location.
Occasionally our emails are sent to the junk box, if you haven't received an order confirmation or a response from our customer service team, please check your junk box. Also check the email address you have sent the email to is correct.
We work hard with our manufacturers and quality check items before they go out, but sometimes this happens. Don't worry, we have a lifetime guarantee so and issues simply email a picture of the fault to us and we will send out a replacement.
We send out thousands of orders per week and mistakes do happen, so please send us an email letting us know which item is missing/ incorrect and we will get you the right item out with a returns label to post us the incorrect one back.
Unfortunately, nothing can be promised to work 100% of the time. If you haven’t worn earrings in a while or had a reaction recently the ears can flare up. Giving the ears time to heal and building up the time worn can really help, so if you can try letting the ears heal and then trying again this is what we would advise to do before contacting us.
If you are still having issues, then please contact us and we can arrange a return for a full refund or an exchange for some titanium jewellery which is a good alternative for people (less than 5%) who can’t wear stainless steel. We have 2 grades, implant grade and pure titanium
