I have bought from this brand for years and have always loved the jewellery. I found it after researching a brand that was hypoallergenic.
I have gone on to buy earrings for my daughter. I bought the flat back unicorn earrings and after a couple of weeks one has fallen out and the other has caused a nasty reaction to her ear lobe. I’d really appreciate it if customer devices could contact me regarding this.

Very handy to have spare. They are so small im sure at some point i will drop/ loose one of the original when changing earrings!

Really hard to put the earring on and securing with nails. They fall out and end up searching for them. Waste of money
I’ve purchased a number of flat back earrings for my daughter including 2 sets of the spare flat back and were losing them at a rapid rate. Shes lost 4 flat backs in the space of a couple of days now, I can’t afford to keep replacing them every few days which is such a shame.
Bought my daughter 4 pairs for Christmas and while the earrings are absolutely beautiful 😍 they are let down by the flat backs that just seem to come off ,

Review is for all flat backs….just not secure and we have went through 4 backs in the space of one week. We have been big fans of solace for a number of years and my Mum recently bought my daughter a new pair of earrings on my recommendation as it is all both my daughters wear. My daughter is 11 years old. Backs were secured by myself, within a day one back was lost, I then ordered spares. Both of which have came off and now lost. So unless I am willing to pay £8 every few weeks these earrings are useless. So disappointing as we have never had an issue with the normal back earrings. We will revert to normal backs for any future purchases and put this down to experience but wanted to raise awareness for others considering purchasing as I notice a lot of the earrings have these backs now
I like many love how comfortable your flat backs are but they are near impossible to put on as they are designed for toddler or robotic hands, there’s no way of gripping it with a human hand so my daughter and I have come up with balancing the backs on blue tac to aid the impossible job of changing earrings!! I’ve lost so many that have fallen off the backs of the earrings and re ordered at a cost of £6 for two micro backs which I lost one of trying to put it on my earring so it’s somewhere in my carpet as so micro it will never be found!!! Please re design backs so they are usable or sell realistic bags of flat backs of 12+ at low cost as they are lost at a rapid rate. You must produce those for 20pence each max so £3 cost to us is disappointing. PS- I love your earrings,ethos and company and will be loyal but get your act together on the flat back saga as no fun for the customers hand eye coordination or patience!!!

Which likely doesn’t help. I’ve had to purchase a set of these as lost a back, now I’ve lost 3 backs- far too small and easily lost
So disappointed with these. Ordered a set of flat backs and a set of spare backs. One back has already come off so I replaced it with the spare then a few days later the whole earring was lost. I wouldn’t purchase again.
