Absolutely loved the earring, so comfortable to sleep in. Had a minor issue but their customer service was incredible and so helpful and helped sort it in a matter of days.

Got infected within a week. Originally thought it was miscare on my part, but after 3 months of my ear being red and irritated I decided to try a different pair of hoops. Within a few days my ear was back to its normal color and feeling way better (pic. with new jewelry included)

Otherwise, they're cute. I really like the ball look, but they're very hard to open and close because of where the hinge is.

Absolutely love this earring however it is too small to fit my helix do to the depth my helix is pierced on my ear so I have donated it to my daughter. It fits her helix perfectly and looks amazing but sadly she's reacted to it and it caused infection. She's taken it out for a while and is going to try it again. So hope she can wear it as it's beautiful. 😍

I've bought a few hypoallergenic earrings from here and they have been great. One of them did become loose and kept on unclipped so I contacted customer support and had a new one sent out, free of charge so also amazing customer service. Keep up the great work
