Allergic reaction

These earrings have left my daughters ears in a terrible state. To the point we've had to remove completely & now are unable to get earrings back in. No refund offered for a product that promote how they are hypoallergenic & help ears heal. Very disappointed all around with product & after sakes service

I got my ears pierced for the first time a couple months back and I've had such a difficult and challenging time with them! Had severe pain, discomfort, infection (everything you could think of and I thought earrings weren't for me).
