Triple Star Ear Climber Hypoallergenic Earrings

Do not order from this company! Realised the day after ordering that the estimated delivery time was four months later!! Emailed immediately to ask to cancel order but was told no. Began a long chain of emails with customer services who eventually started ignoring my questions. They said there was nothing they could do, despite the fact I have a friend who ordered the exact same necklace a few months before and received it within two weeks!! The gift planned for my mum’s 75th birthday will now arrive three months later! Which when you pay £80 for something is massively disappointing. I’m spreading the word everywhere that this company is utter rubbish, no excuse for it!

These look gorgeous, and don’t irritate my ears. However the points on the starts are really sharp and scratchy. I can’t wear them in bed because they get stuck on my pillowcase!

I LOVE these earrings. They are exactly what I was after …. However the stars are so sharp and pointy they get caught on all my clothes, they scratch the skin. These would be perfect if the edges were just a little softer.

I am thrilled that after years of not being able to wear earrings, I can finally wear them. These earrings look beautiful and I've worn for days at a time without a reaction. I've just received my second pair from this company and love these just as much.

I ordered these as my daughter had been suffering with sore ears with white gold. Thought I would try these as she wouldn’t put anything else in her ears. Her ears have been fine since wearing them and she is now happy wearing earrings.

I stopped wearing earrings about 10 years ago due to sore and irritated earlobes. Had them pierced again about 3 months ago. I have been very impressed with the earrings I have ordered from solace. No issues at all with soreness it’s irritation xx

Cannot recommend Solace Jewellery enough. Earrings are always the best quality with no sore ears after my daughter having so many problems. I’ve contacted customer service before about out of stock earrings and they sent me some in the post that day. I feel Solace is caring and really makes you feel like a valued customer.
