I love these when they are in, but have just spent twenty minutes trying to remove them from my ears. In the end I had to ask someone to help me. I found them very fiddly and difficult to undo. My ears are red and sore from pulling at them so hard. It's a shame, as both myself and my daughter swear by Solace earrings, but this particular pair has proved very tricky!
Nice idea but the bit inserted into where your ears is pierced is too small, meaning it's almost impossible to comfortably close them let alone get them in!! Really upset as these were a last resort :(
Was very disappointed with the earings I got from solice, not only did I get very sore ears I also noticed some of the gold has worn away from the clips that hold the leaver. I did send pictures to them but have yet to get a response. They do offer money back guarantee buy you have to pay the return postage

We are a small business and covering the courier charge would mean putting our prices up. Most jewellery business don't offer exchanges or returns at all so by offering this you get the jewellery refunded to you if you have an issues.

I came across Solace by accident, it just so happened that they had the earrings that I was going to purchase from another brand for 1/4 of the price. Since getting my second and third lobe piercing if I wear non gold jewellery my ears itch and are sore so I thought I’d give solace a try.

I love these earrings; I wear them every day. They're just the right size of hoop and the charms are delightful; so pretty! And really comfy to wear and very versatile; I haven't an outfit they don't complement! The gold colour is really flattering for me.

My own criticism is that the bar is very short so getting them into lobes that are already sensitive and a wee bit sore proved very tricky. Unfortunately, we were only able to get one in but they were bought for ears that are particularly irritated. We'll try a pair of studs moving forward.

Really comfortable to wear, slightly disappointed they are not the silver I thought they were, and more a brushed steel colour, then shiny silver.
