Jewellery is lovely, packaging let's it down

We love your jewellery and the earrings have been brilliant for my daughter who was having lots of issues with her other brands. I ordered for her and my sister in law at Xmas and feel quite let down by the packaging. It does not do justice to the quality of the product and would actually prevent me from buying as a gift in future. I bought gift boxes too which were nice but the actual jewellery is still just in those big grey pockets and it gets lost in it. My sister in law nearly threw away the earrings from her set as she didn't find them in the pocket. Displayed on a card in the box would be so much nicer and a better representation of the product.

Fairly happy but...

I like the earrings but have to admit to being disappointed at how small they are. Did think I'd maybe made a mistake and bought kids' jewellery.
