Love these pearl drop earring backs

Very elegant, paired with small pearl studs and look great for day and evening. I got the gold version and had no irritation - cannot wear gold with ears becoming sore, so fantastic substitute. These are fairly long though so would love to see shorter lengths and would definitely buy similar with crystal drops if ever available.
